We want you to love your 4TH ARQ pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 21-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the signature branded ribbon is intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original protective bags and secure them in the shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal or use the provided QR code at an authorized drop-off location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
